I have been a customer for 15 or 20 years at this place and never been late on payments and. With the new people that's in there now has treated me so rude I don't owe them nothing and I will never be there customer ever again when Donna was there it was a great business thay got ones in there right now that's running all of there customers away

So I was turned down for a loan by them which is ok not a big deal. Why they are getting a one star view is because they didn't have the professional ability to return a call and tell me I was not approved for it. I really wanted to be able to say this place was still descent but they just proved that they're not worth the time it takes to call them.
