      At first some staff members seemed to be a bit rude but after going to the office and speaking face to face with the manager I found that wasn't the case at all . They will gladly work with you and understand any situation if you provide them with the information needed . I would highly recommend this loan company to others !

      Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Will threaten to come to your house with police(illegal) they can’t do this. And literally they violate all the laws of the CFSA. I hope this company goes under. One manager was fired after I reported her for threats and now the new manager is doing the same. And I can say my husband wasn’t even 2 weeks past due and had a promise to pay. Then the next go round after he got caught up, we split up and I let them know we’re going through a divorce and she threatens me with the cops again even though it’s not my loan and I’ve told her he no longer lives there. I’m appalled by their business. If you can go elsewhere, you’d be much better off. I promise. And this new manager I’m talking about is Renee, and is just as bad as the last one.

      Horrible customer service smart ass’s in office. Won’t stop harassing everyone I know they get on my social media’s and call friends on it. Don’t do it not worth it
