  Just terribly unprofessional! First rep never showed up for our appointment. ServiceLink HQ had to reach out to her to locate her. She then called after our scheduled appointment time to say she had forgotten that she had an appointment with us for that morning and had to drive her grandmother somewhere (HQ had said she had an emergency). She was ultimately very apologetic and polite but seemed unable to do the job. Next rep showed up on time and was more professional, but seemed to get annoyed that we wanted to fill out an auto-pay form for our mortgage (included in the packet). As a result we rushed through the form and ended up filling it out incorrectly. I'll take the blame for not insisting that the rep be more patient and verifying that the form was filled out correctly. Also, both reps insisted that we could or should not get our docs notarized by anyone else but someone qualified like them. Their HQ and our mortgage company countered that saying that we could get it notarized sufficiently with any notary. I still don't know the truth there. What I learned: If you have a choice, don't choose ServiceLink.

  I have just spent the last hour reading ALL of the reviews here. I see the same service issues over and over; miscommunication, lack of professionalism and reluctance to correct errors. I am now facing a title error due to miscommunication or lack of communication. It has been since November of 2020 that I have been trying to resolve. Supposedly they are reviewing the transaction. But I am highly concerned after reading these negative reviews from home owners. (It seems the reviews from vendors, employees of ServiceLink, or other hired parties do not have any issues, as they do not have anything to lose.) I can only hope that this company has taken the time to correct all the issues mentioned on this site, and is diligently working on mine. I will complete an update review when resolved.
