      Lost what would have been my first home because Seth and his team could not give me the 10k grant that was promised to me when I switched mortgage companies the second time . The sellers could not wait any longer so they put the house back on the market and I had to give them my deposit of 2k. I chose American Financial Network because they help people (so I thought) like me who don't have a lot of money for a down payment and also because I am a first time home buyer and qualify for a grant. So much money was invested and wasted . My home buying experience was THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I do not recommend this company . If I were to ever get a mortgage again I will go to a well known bank instead of a local company. I lost my home thanks to Seth. He promised me something he could not deliver . Shame on you .
