  Seth went above and beyond throughout the entire experience. I already had a lender through another company, but was disappointed with their lack of responsiveness, initiative, and personalized experience. Seth was everything the other company was not. From the first day I got in contact with Seth, he was available at any hour of the day for a call or text message. Additionally, he made it his mission to walk me through the entire home purchasing process in baby steps. Seth was always ready to work for me as fast as I was needing it done. He even made it known that he could and would write a personalized letter and even make a short video for every house I was the put an offer on. This ultimately is what helped me get the house I wanted. Seth embodies the pinnacle of excellence and professionalism. I recommend him and his service 10/10.

  Seth was the best possible loan officer I could have worked with for my recent refinance. He got me a great rate, was incredibly prompt to respond (especially compared to other lenders I contacted for quotes), and very knowledgeable about every step. The couple of times where an incident came up that was out of his control, he was quick to contact me and explain the situation, or bring in additional experts who could help us both. My favorite attribute was how Seth always had the kindest, calmest tone in his emails and phone calls, even though my refinance process unfortunately ran into every possible hiccup — and then some. (Thanks, 2020) I couldn't be more appreciative of his service and unreservedly recommend Seth for anyone else who needs a lender who's truly in their corner.

  Seth and team went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Seth was able to get us a great rate and a fast close, they even caught an error on our title from our original closing. A lot of people will promise to get you the best rate, but Seth and team compliments that with great customer service.
