Seth has helped multiple clients of mine, but with this latest client, he truly came in to save the day. My client was on her way to losing her dream home due to her original lender. I referred her to Seth days before we were scheduled to close, and he and his team amazed us! We were able to receive more time from the seller, but in less than 2 weeks of working with my client and her conventional loan, he was able to get an appraisal, loan approval and get her to the closing table! I can't recommend Seth and his team enough!

Seth and his entire team were completely amazing! I have refinanced twice, both times with this team, and I have to say that I do not have any understanding of what people say when they mention how stressful the process is. From consult to closing the process was so smooth and entirely stress free on my part! The whole team was professional and answered every question quickly and never made me feel like I was an outsider in the process. I will never do business with a different mortgage lender because Seth and his team are just that good!! Could not recommend or praise them highly enough!!!
