      I highly recommend against using Settlement one, as they upended our entire home buying process. This company produced for my family an appraisal that was was in blatant disregard Fannie Mae guidelines, days after it was due. When the report was never completed, they neglected to issue a full refund.

      This place is a complete joke they are scam! They charged us double for an appraisal and when we asked for a refund they were unable to come up with the paperwork proving that they charged us twice. We then got the proof from our bank and they continued to not pay it back. I would not use this company ever again. Please be weary of ever using them.
