It was a pleasure working with Kelli Ezzell at Settlers Bank to obtain our mortgage. We are moving from outside the country to Madison, a situation that presents many additional problems to obtaining financing. Kelli worked with us to find solutions that fit our needs. Carissa Peterson and Mindi Perrich were very timely and helpful with their responses to questions we had during this process. When we hit an unfortunate hiccup in acquiring our lot (not any fault of Carissa, Mindi, or Settlers bank) They went out of their way to make phone calls on our behalf and really went above and beyond to help us close before we missed a deadline. It has been wonderful working with them and I look forward to working with them in the future.
