      As a Seward local and first- time homebuyer, I loved working with Seward Properties. Nicole and Pamela are so knowledgeable, always available to answer my many questions, and incredibly helpful in explaining the buying process. It was a tough year searching for the right place but these ladies stood by me the whole time and never gave up. At one point, Pamela and I were messaging on an InReach because it was the only form of communication I had working on a liveaboard vessel in the backcountry of Alaska for an entire summer!! I highly recommend Seward Properties as they will go above and beyond to help you find the right place and purchase your home. Thank you Seward Properties!

      Pamela is truly wonderful. My family and I have been in search for a new home for almost two years. From the first home we looked at, through bids that did not get accepted, and finally when we closed on a dream home, Pamela was with us every step of the way! Her knowledge regarding the market and home buying process helped us to finally get into our dream spot. Her communication has always been extremely prompt and informative. Her friendly and welcome personality made it so easy (and fun!) to work with her. She truly went above and beyond to make sure this process was as easy (and FUN!) as possible. We cannot recommend Pamela enough if you are looking to find your dream home!
