      I used to avoid this branch but Linda Jiménez really has gone above and beyond to help me like a neighborhood friend vs treating me like a customer who got there right before closing.

      **do not go here for shared branch banking** This is supposed to be a shared branch credit union but unfortunately they refuse to serve anyone who doesn't have an account directly with them. They put ridiculously low limits on withdrawals and won't allow you to access your money and straight up won't serve you other times. They now have a sign that says they can't support shared branch due to covid staffing issues, but when I went in there were multiple tellers with no customers who spent time telling me they wouldn't help me instead of helping.
