      They put a hold on my account Without contacting me. Multiple times. This bank used to have good customer service but it has gone really downhill recently.

      I have every account here, I have been a customer since 1999, And I am a retired SF firefighter. This home equity line “officer” Jon, refused an equity line of credit of only ($30K) and would not accept my rental unit (built in 1960) in Marin as income. I declare the income on my personal taxes! I have separate home owners insurance on it as well. I didn’t meet the “guidelines”, no phone call to discuss how to work with me, just a stupid little text. I sent him paperwork showing my tax records and the ROBOT couldn’t think outside the box! I’m disgusted with the bank, which use to have our backs as firefighters!!!! I’ve never missed a payment on anything, I pride myself in this very simple fact. I only have one truck payment and only one mortgage. Nothing else is outstanding, absolutely nothing!
