  So it looks like management has changed again and still a customer and have been for a long time haven't had any bad experiences with new management as of yet But seems to be the same and you can buy TVs, couches and appliances and electronics and other stuff and pay like you would your loan

  The lady (Wendy) is very rude. When she called me I let her ask me questions to complete my loan process. When I told her I’m on jury duty in las cruces and only have 15 mins. She started scolding me about her having to get this done. I told her someone called last week and I told them to call on Saturday. She started telling me why didn’t I call. Excuse me but on Friday I drive back to Albuquerque and on Saturday is my only day to be with my kids and get them ready for the crazy week ahead. Because I’m out of town mine and my family are trying to do our best to make it to the end of this jury duty. I’m not here by choice. I really didn’t appreciate the way she talked to me and hung up on me. VERY VERY RUDE!!!
