  We had a great experience with Shamrock financial. I don’t have much to compare it to since this was our first home purchase but they made the process easy for us. David Brewer was awesome and patient! He responded quickly as we began working with him before we had found a house so once we were ready for an offer everything had to happen quickly. He was organized and responsive! I always tell my friends looking or even thinking of buying a house to call David! He will get you off on the right foot and explain the whole process so you are prepared when the time is right! If and when we refinance or purchase a new home I will be calling David.

  We switched lenders a few days after getting an accepted offer, and what could have gone wrong quickly actually went better than we could have ever expected. Our loan officer, David Bremer, was awesome. He jumped right on our file and got us set up so quickly we surprised our realtor how fast we got set up for financing approval and met our closing date without delay. David, the loan processor Clayton, and the rest of the team were super responsive to our questions and kept us in the loop along the way. They had never worked with the law firm we selected, but you would never know. Shamrock also has a sense of humor, which helps during what can be a very stressful process. Highly recommended to meet your home financing needs, especially if you're a first time home buyer.
