Hi my name is Michael, I would just like to start with saying the whole staff (including a few that go above and beyond) and environment at Shaw’s R&R is beautiful and up-kept like a high end shopping store. I’ve been a long time customer and have always been treated with prompt, compassion and just flat out humanity which is rare to come by nowadays. I wrote a hand written letter my last visit that I hope ends up in the right hands in charge of this great establishment as soon as possible! It came from the heart, I’ve been going through a rough patch in my life. This is my first ever google review I’ve ever taken the time to write for anybody/anything and to be quite frank will probably be my last lol but I feel everyone here deserves this review that’s how good they are lol. I wanted to write more on the letter I wrote but it was already closing time so I kept it as short and sweet as I could so everyone could get out of there lol. Again, Thank you all of Shaw’s R & R Jewelry and Loan for being genuine folks and willing to help to best of yall’s abilities! Have a good one guys and stay safe and healthy out there!
