I brought my STI (still under warranty) in because the reverse lights would not come on when I put the car in reverse. They looked at the car for 20 minutes and said it was because I had LED bulbs installed. They charge $175 diagnostic fee for less than 30 minutes of work. Every other Subaru dealer I have been to has never charged a diagnostic fee regardless if there was an issue or not. I call Subaru of America and they agreed that the fee was unreasonable. They also said this isn't the first complaint about this they have received. This dealer clearly doesn't sell the volume of cars needed to make a profit. This is bad practice and bad for customer service.

New Subaru owner. I was unable to purchase a vehicle here due to inventory issues but I live nearby and took our used vehicle here for maintenance. Wish it was cheaper but seems to be going rate. I used a coupon from the website so that helped. Advisor was very helpful.
