  I can honestly say 1st time @ Sheila's Jewelry, she was extremely patient with my questions and actually took the time to respond. The atmosphere was very friendly and nice. I will go there again and would highly recommend her shop. Thanks again for a very pleasant experience!!

  I would not recommend doing business with these people. The “owner” who I’m assuming was Sheila, was simply quite rude and unprofessional. After an offer was already made on the item I was trying to sell, she came out to my vehicle and knocked on my window IN THE SNOW, just to very rudely and with a nasty attitude, tell me to not even waste my time, she was not interested in the item and that she had already told that to the person that was working at the front desk as if I was already aware of that, which I wasn’t, considering the fact that she herself had already made me an offer. There’s a way to speak to people, ESPECIALLY CUSTOMERS, and that is NOT it. I’m surprised they’re even still in business. And clearly reading the other reviews, this isn’t uncommon behavior for the owner or people working there. Seems to me they’ll do anything to rip people off and low ball offers for ALL items. Very bad business if you ask me. I’d definitely reconsider if you’re looking into doing business with them.

  I have been a dedicated customer for years always take my camera in during tough times, but always pay back even if the fees are a bit pricey. This time I was 8 days late on a payment and they sold my loan on eBay. They really screwed me over and took something that meant something to me. I wouldn’t trust this place with another item of mine. When I was inquiring why they sold it like that so fast the man who runs it became very hostile towards me and I was upset and crying but in no way mean to him!

  We are very sorry you lost your item Christina. And we told you we where sorry. But you were not only 8 days late on your item but 19 days late. Your payment was due on the 9th August and you came in on the 28th of August. We are sorry you lost your items but we do have a business to run and have to pull stuff eventually. We gave you extra time to pay and gave you a reminder call without a return call from you. The item did sell on ebay so I couldn't do anything further.
