      Excellent customer service. Phone calls to the CU are long wait time, but the staff will do everything possible to resolve your issues.

      They never answers the phone. I been on the line an hour waiting for someone to answer my call. Attitudes are horrible. They act like it's their money when your asking about your own or an account you need them to look up. Like stay home. I get it pandemic made everyone lazy. 🙄

      I Thank God for Shelby county Credit Union. They Are Friendly and They all love to help you. I have been a student for five years In Law . I am a future Esquire and Shelby county credit union. Has been there for me Since My Mother Pass away. They have told me to pay my bills and Keep on track. They all Have Been there for Me. When I Graduate I will be there for All of them too. This is in Memory of Mrs. B Bernice Wells former Shelby county worker. Memphis Tennessee.
