      I highly recommend reaching out to Shelby if you're looking to finance a vehicle. I don't want to give away the secret sauce for the extras he provides, but I'll say you get more working with him than just an excellent rate and super fast service. He'll be looking out for you as a valued customer and daresay friend versus just another nameless/faceless customer to "process" (even though we worked only by phone and email). This has been my best loan experience ever. Wish they could all be this easy. Give Shelby and United Texas Credit Union a shot at your business!

      Could not recommend working with Shelby enough! When trying to deal with a difficult auto dealer, Shelby did a fantastic job answering all my questions, facilitating productive conversations with the dealer, and getting everything squared away in a timey manner. Highly suggest asking for Shelby by name!
