      Both locations in deer park and bay area are beyond amazing! I can add money to my account after hours and if there is any problem, they fix it right away! I will never leave shell federal credit union!

      I was interested in switching from my old FCU to this one, called three times. Stayed on hold and never spoke with a live person. I dont think i will be switching today

      This people don't listen! I give them my checking card to be sure the deposit goes to the correct account, but she didn't care and put it on my other account. No sorry or apology .
