The customer service is ok I guess. Paid 36,000 for a truck 12 months ago and it has terminal transmission failure already! Only had it a year and they weren’t willing to help on the repairs at all! The sales person sure sold me on how reliable and long lasting the truck would be for me and then when it has a severe problem already ($5,000) the tides turn and they won’t budge on the labor or repair price at all!
