Shelter Home Mortgage was amazing. RJ and Nancy had an urgency about my project that I’ve never seen before. When you’re looking for a home, there are so many unknowns. They helped guide me through the process of my preapproval as if they were doing it for their family friend. I’ve never had a turnaround that quickly, nor have I ever had anything explained so thoroughly. And when I need an adjustment to my preapproval they went into action on a Sunday morning and made my urgency their urgency. It felt really good to be backed by such a strong team. RJ even called me back after I was not the winning bidder on my dream home. He called me to check on me and let me know that he was there for the next opportunity. This is a review for the office in Peachtree Corners. I totally agree with Robert. A big headache dealing with this company. I had to run into their office 3 times to supply them with the needed information. Plus, I was not treated like a valued customer. I should have just gone with Rocket Mortgage. Next time I will.
