      Mind-boggling responsive, impressively patient, consistently updated and communicated, and upon request, took the time to break down the fluctuations/variations between updated and evolving estimates for the closing costs. I don’t imagine I’d have received such personalized prioritization from almost anywhere else. It’s evident that Robbie Crozier is very skilled and enjoys what he does.

      I was referred to Shelter from a family member and had the worst experience. Multiple instances our documentation was wrong, they misunderstood being a medically retired veteran with someone who is retired (over the age of 65). Multiple calls and emails asking for the same documentation by different people. No communication on updates, no idea where our loan was at at any point. We ended up leaving and closing with another lender and received an email from the appraiser that they still (4 months later) had not been paid. Come to find out they paid the WRONG appraiser for our loan. Overall just so disorganized, would not trust something so important with this company. Sorry! 2 Star because they were atleast nice people, just nice people who clearly don't have it all together.
