  Sherrie is legend. Her competence, affordability, speed, tenacity, and profound range of connections is quite literally beyond my comprehension. I plan to hire her for every future real estate transaction I engage in (buying and selling). While many people are being forced to offer many times in this market before having their offer accepted, Sherrie landed us a FULLY FURNISHED, barely lived in, luxury apartment in a beautiful building ON THE FIRST OFFER. She used specially crafted legal clauses in our offer to prevent us from overpaying, and as a result we went only ~7% above asking, despite multiple competitive offers on the property. HERE'S THE KICKER: not only did she get our first offer accepted, she found and then landed us special financing, mid-closing, that slashed our interest rate nearly 2% below Rocket Mortgage's best offer. We came in at 2.875% over 30 years. SHE SAVED US FIVE FIGURES EASILY over the course of our loan. I've never even heard of an interest rate that low with 20% down! There are no words to describe our gratitude to Sherrie. She is connected, she knows how to get a deal done, and she knows who to connect you to to get it done well. She has relentless energy when it comes to showing you properties, and she knows how to fix any issue. Sherrie is a force to be reckoned with in all the best ways.

  Sherrie helped us find our build to suit retirement home in Bridgton because she was working on a Sunday when most other agents were not. To pay for our new home, Sherrie sold our Waterford land in one day and had our Windham condo under contract within 3 days for more than the asking price!   Sherrie is very knowledgeable and extremely thorough in her work. She guided us through the process step by step and was very patient and not afraid to give her honest opinion, which we appreciated.She quickly learned what our needs were and was able to find us the perfect house.She was very professional and worked very hard fir our best interest. We would recommend Sherrie to anyone who is buying or selling a house.
