  After getting back into my vehicle & leaving Shipping Post Plus, I received a phone call from Holly that my wallet was found outside the store, in the rain. She took the initiative to call and inform me and hold it. If not, I would have been at home scrambling through my vehicle and pockets unaware due to my carelessness. so I was highly appreciative not only of her great customer service, but the kind gesture as well when she didn’t have too. We need more of that in the world, Thank you Holly!

  Very irresponsible people. I dropped a FedEx overnight package and I have my receipt from this store. I asked before dropping it there if FedEx had passed for the day, they say it will be taken by 4pm that day. I called the next day because it was not received and they said the package was still there and they didn’t know why it was not taken. The “suggested” that I needed to call FedEx because it was not their responsibility. And they don’t care about it. Literal words. How can that be? Absolutely horrible way to handle business, this is the second time this happened. I won’t be doing any business in here again and I Don’t recommend this to anyone.

  Hello Ma'am. If you could please provide me with a receipt showing that you came in at two in the afternoon that would be very helpful. Also I was the one you spoke with on the phone and I can assure you I never told you I didn't care about you or your package. Actually I told you I would make sure to personally hand your package to the FedEx express worker when they arrived, which I did. I also inquired at what time she arrived that day to pick up the FedEx Express packages and it was after 3 PM because she can not pick up anything before than per her boss. Again I would strongly suggest you call and place a complaint with FedEx Express because the transportation of the package is their liability. Thank You and have a great day!

  Had the worst experience recently. Shipped a script for my wife’s niece on 10/5/21 and told the lady that I wanted three day shipping to Hawaii. Three days later Tracking shows it is sitting in Orlando. I called this representative and she said her computer showed 3 day s and she said to call Fedex it is their responsibility. She shipped it ground instead of express, and so this is where Fedex did screw up I asked them to stop it and send it back to me., so I could resend it overnight.Twice I was told it was stopped which it wasn’t stopped until it was in Honolulu,which I said ship it through to the destination. They said they couldn’t and it was on its way back to me.Now I won’t receive it until 10/22/21. This was a prescription for a health problem and no pharmacy in Hawaii or California could get it and she is now out and the local pharmacy can’t refill it without a doctors script . I would not recommend this place or give them any business

  Hello Mr. Gueth, Unfortunately, we can not control the transportation end of the shipping. We ship through all major shipping companies but once the package leaves our facility the liability is with that particular shipping company in this case FedEx. I would strongly advise you to call FedEx and file a compliant so you can at least be reimbursed. If you have any questions or need assistance with this please feel free to call us.
