  I recently refinanced with Shirley Lu. I am extremely satisfied with her service. Shirley is very experienced, detail oriented and reliable. For example, when the appraisal value came back with the lower value, Shirley did an investigation and decided to appeal for me even though I did not request her to do so. She spent time helping us to appeal the appraisal value, the appeal is successful and appraisal value has been corrected. In the whole refinance process, she kept me updated timely, solved the issues and provided professional suggestions. I did several mortgages before, this is the first time I feel peaceful in my mind in the whole process. I really appreciate Shirley's service and referred Shirley to my friends. I also recommend you to contact Shirley for your mortgage. You will have the same experience I had.

  I would highly recommend Ms. Shirley Lu to anyone. This was my first time cash-out finance with Googain. I contacted Shirley about a from my ex-employer gave me and her professional service helped me go through the really tough time. Shirley was knowledgeable, very responsive and easy to get ahold of. She was very helpful and willing during my whole cash-out finance process. She definitely made the process easier. I appreciated how fast she worked while providing open and honest communication. Provided good recommendation for other services when needed. She often worked late nights and early mornings to get my paperwork through in a timely. In addition, I appreciated her work ethic and good nature throughout this process. She answered her phone, texts, and emails almost instantaneously .
