  They sure seem like a reputable company. They pay attention to details which is something you don't see much anymore. I pay attention to plumbing issues. They always get it right. Good communication with customers and contractors wins everytime. .

  Nice from a distance. But take a closer look and you'll find a filthy community, sadly not easy to enjoy. Before you choose to build or buy, take a much closer look. Choosing to live in Stone Ridge, you, your children, and dogs will need to wear boots or clean your shoes and paws after each venture outdoors in what should be a clean and enjoyable experience, but is not nearly. Walking or playing in the park and other common areas is disgusting or impossible. What should be nice expanses for community use are either half mud with patches of rough grass, chock full of dog feces, littered with trash, or all of the above. Many of the yards you'll pass through on the sidewalks are also dotted with dog feces, as neighbors ignore ordinances. Likewise, the builders ignore ordinances and respect by leaving messes throughout. Many of the streets used to walk, rides bikes, and exercise are strewn with mud, as the silt fences have either not been installed or are collapsed on the many building sites throughout. Construction site and contractor garbage left to litter our lovely community by the builders is scattered throughout the park/playground area, vacant lots and surrounding wooded areas.

  Signs were out for the model to be open but doors were locked in the middle of the day. Why have signs that you're open?
