The Chester Branch of Shore United provides outstanding customer service. Tellers and the manager are easily reached by phone and in person. They answer complex questions quickly. They are able to provide local banking services quickly and easily, which can not be said of many large modern banks that rely primarily on technology based customer service. We are lucky to have this kind of local service which is very customer-responsive. Thanks go out to the staff at Chester as well as Grasonville who always are willing to go the extra mile when I need them!
