      I’ve been with SFCU for almost 30 years now and have always been treated with the utmost respect. It pains me to read some of the reviews because I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this bank. I have had my mortgage through them for many years and couldn’t be happier with their service. Anytime I’ve had a question, whether by email, site messaging or via phone, they are always quick to respond and are not just helpful but in my opinion, go above and beyond! I love the feel of a neighborhood bank where everyone recognizes you and greets you with a smile. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

      Had a wonderful experience with my loans and banking. Exceptional customer service, they really go above and beyond to work with me and my loans went seamlessly. Best bank I have ever worked with and had an account with. Would highly recommend.

      We've been with SFCU since the late 1980's. We have always gotten excellent treatment, and quick responses to needs and questions that come up. They helped me get first round PPP during the pandemic. Then PPP forgiveness later on. They've been great for us.
