      My wife and I shopped around for not only the best mortgage rate but we were also looking for professional experience & responsiveness to our inquiries and we ultimately picked Roland over many others. From our very first phone inquiry call with him, we already knew that Roland is very knowledgeable in the mortgage & real estate market and very particular about details. With Roland’s help & expert advice, we were able to close on our new home in a record-breaking period of 3 weeks, a week earlier than estimated COE! That doesn’t normally happen in these times, but he made it happen. He was on top of everything from the Pre-Approval process up to the Final Loan Approval — which btw all happened in a span of 2 weeks and we closed on our home the following week. Thank you, Roland, for all your guidance and help in making our new home purchase easy and a success!

      We had a great experience with Linda - As first time home buyers, we did not know what we were doing. Linda was very responsive at all times of day, talked us through each step of the process, and was on top of all the paperwork to keep things moving along! All of this was important as  we had a 21 day escrow. She was always ready to answer our questions and it made everything easier!
