Very friendly staff. I am not a member, just there to cash a 2 party check. Didn't make me wait, didn't pressure me to open account didn't charge me a fee like b of a and Wells Fargo do. I might open an account at this branch.

Poor customer service, they use a color coded tier system, which is a form of discrimination because it judges you by how much money you have in your accounts?! They don't explain anything properly and are rude when they they have to. Take your money elsewhere! This bank is Trash!

Ill informed individuals I called in to dispute a transaction and was told to call back when it actually posted. The transaction was on my wifes card who I share the account with, which they cancelled. I called back and the call was forwarded to 3rd party company that asked me another 20 questions (after providing social security# etc). Long story short after 20 min of phone calls they tell me my wife must call in even though I am the head of the account etc. Side note.I could not withdraw money in Brazil (was assured that card would work). Unorganized company!!! Update: I've only had problems when I call in, the tellers are very nice and professional. I don't expect anything extra just clear communication. The 800# customer service people have a tendency to talk down\over customers. Not satisfied at all. We most likely will be switching banks.
