  I just had a really great experience and wanted to rate here because usually people only comment about the bad stuff. It’s the Friday before a holiday weekend so I expected to wait in line for a while which wasn’t bad at all(maybe 5mins) and was greeted by a very friendly teller. Ivan was polite and professional and took care of the two separate transactions I was wanting to take care of promptly and with care. Even during the few moments we were interacting while waiting for the computer system to log in and perform the computing we had a very nice conversation. I feel like there needs to be more help for the tellers, being that there is only two (or even just one) helping customers at a time. I could see the line growing and most people get impatient. All in all a great experience and great customer service.

  Waited on hold for almost 20 minutes just for a very short, rude response upon being answered. I was inquiring about opening a checking account, and I have definitely changed my mind.

  I went here to open an account and i initially spoke with the manager of the location as he was the only one available. He was fairly friendly and he made it seem like opening an account would be easy. I was under a time constraint however and i had to leave. I came back later and when i walked in the staff ignored me for awhile even though there were no other customers. After interrupting the staff members gossiping and joking amongst themselves i asked that i was in the process to open an account. The staff member i talked to looked at me with a frustrated look initially because of my interruption and fumbled around for papers and couldn't find said paperwork i needed to do. She had to ask around to other staff members for where the paperwork was. Finally after waiting for the staff member to finally get everything together i was met with a surprise. They wanted so much more information from me than i was willing to give. I was upset that the manager made it sound like it was easy to open an account. They basically wanted me to fill out a job application or sign a lease for an apartment. Another thing that caught me by surprise is the fees that were attached to simply opening an account. I have no idea why anyone would bank here.
