      I went there today I have been a member for probably eight years now three different car loans and have never been late one time. I placed an online payment on the fourth and it didn’t post until the sixth that is one day after my due date. I did get a late fee of $20 and asked the front desk supervisor if she could please waive that for me she said nope sorry we can’t. I know better I am in customer service it is my livelihood. I’ve been proceeded to call a number that was placed on my bill and they offered to waive the fee I did not have to even ask. I will never go into that branch again honestly I might even get my car loan through a different bank. Just remember customer service is #1
