Every time I come in I have been helped the staff is fine especially when you consider they don't charge a service fee other than 2$ for cards.. never had any problems with this place.. I have 8 days grace on my payments.. I hope they count weekends.. 🙏 4 stars just in case they mark me late.. 😆

Don't do business with this company! They have really high interest rates. You can't refinance your car, and if you want to pay it off early they still charge you the entire interest amount. Don't settle for high interest rates, and poor customer service.. Find a different finance company for you car loan.

Worst company made me do 2 payments in one month less than 10days apart they used my first payment to cover all the late fees they did it without consulting me. I explained that I couldn't do another payment and they threatened to repo my truck. I explained that I was on workers comp due to covid complications and the supervisors response was that the pandemic was over. And I had to pay that day before 6pm or else they will pick up my truck. Never missed a payment not even in 2020 , when I asked to speak with someone higher than the supervisor they always dent it.
