      Josh is very knowledgeable and Welcoming, you can definitely tell he has been doing this for many years. Me being a first time home owner he simplified everything to make it more understandable. At first I it was like another language but after multiple discussions I feel very knowledgeable myself. He made buying my first home so easy. He basically held my hand through the whole process and was there in the day of the signing, which he did need to be there but was there anyways to help answer any questions. I highly recommend him to all my friends, family, and anyone looking to buy a home for the first time or multiple times. I will definitely go back to Sierra Pacific for all my future inquiries.
