I can not say enough praise for the entire team at the Folsom Office. The added bonus from using Sierra Pacific is that they also beat my client's previous Interest rate by over 1/2 percent from day one. '

Very disappointed with the lack of response from HR dept and Management when I left employment with this company. I have not been paid commissions due, and cannot get a response from local or corporate management. Very unprofessional. Also, I verbally and in my letter of resignation offered to see loans in process through to closing. I was not allowed to do this, which I understood, but my clients were told that I walked away and refused to help. Again, very unprofessional.

This is a sorry excuse for a Mortgage Company. They lied to me and refused to let me speak to a manager or higher up - They have zero compassion, care nothing about decency and know nothing about being fair or kind, let alone, reasonable!!! Sierra Pacific Corporation does NOT care about "people" ... only their money!!! I will never recommend them for anything!!!
