When I went to pay my loan back and get my very nice top of the line TV it had a piece of rubber sealing sticking out between the screen and the frame. It looked like a fat rubberband dangling. I simply asked how we can sort it out.The employee after flicking it a few times responded with "it's just cosmetic and it doesnt mess up the viewing". And only offered to take 1/2 off the interest. Also said it must of happened when the weather was hot the day before. Bad business. Poorly trained employees.
