      Sierra Title Co. is not a reputable Co. to deal with. They will give you unnecessary headache about any issue. The employees are incompatible for their jobs. They don't seem to be in sink with one another as to what they are doing. One person will ask you for certain document, like death certificate, birth certificate, etc.. Next month, again another will ask you for the same thing. Every move that is made on a same matter, they would say, it has to go to UNDERWRITER , and charge you for it. They are good for prolonging the process and give you hard time. They are not near accurate to give an accurate $$ figure for payoff for USDA, but they are quick to distribute the pay for themselves, the Real Estate etc. before to the heirs of the sellers. Don't deal with them, find some other Title Co.
