In all my years with a number of different banks, Signet is #1 for service. It is an organization dedicated to its members and service to all. Michelle and her staff, where I bank, are extremely nice and make make everyone feel comfortable when transacting business. I think Carla is making this one of the best organizations in the area. I would strongly recommend this organization to anyone wanting a friendly and reliable banking experience.

Shelby in their loan department talks to you like you are garbage I called in to see about lowering my rate and she acted like she didn’t want to do it so I’ll pay the higher one ….. do your job lady and if I could I’d take my loan elsewhere jus cause I bought an older truck to drive back and forth to work don’t mean I’m poor or trash treat people with respect or clock out and go home 😡😡😡

I have been a Signet customer for over 30 years and have been mostly satisfied with them until recently. I needed to make a small loan and was denied even though I had two vehicles to use as collateral and had never missed a payment on the previous loans I had with them. What ever happened to customer loyalty?I am really disappointed in them now.
