      We have been using this firm and its predecessor firm for a number of years to file taxes for my dad who is 90 years old. Unfortunately I can't recommend them and am planning to take our work elsewhere. We uploaded my father's income tax information weeks ago and never received an acknowledgment. Since that time I've left several voice mail messages for the individual assigned to handle the account asking if they had the information they needed and whether they were going to file on time or whether they needed an extension. It's April 14th and I don't know the answer. I'm leaving for a trip tomorrow -- something I mentioned in several messages and I have no idea whether things are in good shape or whether they are going to need more help. I don't think this is acceptable. If you agree, my advice would be to use a different firm, as I plan to do for now on. Update 5-6-2022. Well, they didn't get back to me until 4/15, at which point we filed for an extension, but we did have a call with the accountant assigned to help with my dad's taxes and I was very favorably impressed. She asked good questions, made helpful suggestions and overall came across as very knowledgeable and capable. I was going to delete this review but that doesn't seem to be an option, so I'm moving them from 1 star to 3. 1 based on the original responsiveness which was appalling and 5 based on the call we had today which was very professional. Maybe they should invest in some additional help around tax time, just to call customers and update them on where things stand.
