Maybe I was just one really unlucky person. I would refuse to ever work with this company again. They made a huge mistake and transferred the money incorrectly and then gave me so much attitude because they wanted me to handle everything on my own to fix their mistake. I was treated rudely by staff and they even tried to put a spin in it and act like I was trying to keep the money from the transfer which was so incredibly immature for a business to behave like that. A week later and I am still trying to deal with their mistake. Updated, the company has been incredible and have made everything right! They more than made me feel cared for since ever this happened!!!

Signed paper work to have my checks mailed to me. I assume that with being part of their fee I paid for that too since that's what I signed for at closing. I was called and asked to pick them up instead. WHY??? Why bother asking me so many times from lender and agent? I can only assume to penny pinch, saving whatever part of the fee I paid for their services. Being inconvenienced and having my time wasted is aggravating at best. When I asked why this was with the person who handed me the checks, he said "I don't know." And it was left at that.

My transaction with this company was the worst transaction I have ever had with a Title company. They do not make sure all funds are distributed to there intended entities. My wife and I refinanced our house, and the mortgage company wanted to use this Title company, and pay off another loan we had. Instead of mailing/direct deposit the funds to our other loan they mailed us the cashier's check made out to the other loan company. Then we had to mail the cashier's check to the other loan company, which has now taken over a month to get it to them, all because the Title company would not handle it themselves.
