      Pete was exceptional, professional and a pleasure to deal with through out my mortgage refinancing process. He was very detailed and explained all of my options. Pete ended up saving me thousands of dollars for the entirety of the mortgage because my original mortgage company was going to charge me a higher fee for my mortgage refinance.       This is the worst Brokerage firm I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor if you are in a contract back out do not deal with these people. I was waiting for a loan approval made me jump through many different hoops to tell me at the very last minute that the bank will not approve because house I tried to purchase was in foreclosure. The lady I had to deal with (Sherri wine )you should be fired you knew the conditions of the house and kept processing This agency does not do their due diligence for their customers. I wasted my time and lost on my opportunity.
