      The only reason why this branch gets a 1 star is because there’s no option for 0 star! Before management changed this was my go to branch I’d never have anxiety about going into the branch alone without my husband. Today I had to wait almost an hour in the branch on Saturday morning and received no service at all. Everyone including the branch manager pretended they couldn’t see me… perhaps I blended in with the “black” chairs in the lobby! After an hour of non service I left because I wasn’t worth their time apparently!! If you are person of color stay away from Whitney branch to protect your mental health and sanity!! No one deserves to be treated like they are a second class citizen - some advice to Whitney Branch - we are all hardworking citizens and make honest livings despite of our skin color and everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.
