  I used Katy for a home loan and she made the entire process extremely simple and fast. Everything was streamlined, she was fast to respond to any questions, and despite being self-employed which adds some complication to the approval process, everything went smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend her and plan to use her again in the future!

  Katy is incredible!!!! We would never have closed on our house without her! As first time home buyers, we didn’t know how we would ever overcome the obstacles we were facing and we spoke with many mortgage brokers before Katy, and all were problematic and said we’d have to do this or that first. Katy was the only one who had solutions from the start! She helped every step of the way, answered questions even after bourse and it was the smoothest transaction possible! Still can’t believe we actually closed and now own our own first home! Can’t thank Katy enough, she’s a godsend, competent, professional, friendly and just amazing!
