      The worst bank, the lady at the window had a horrible attitude, and she makes horrible facial expressions when talking to you. I asked for change because I needed to break a 100 dollar bill and with me being from out of town and trying to to explain that to her and she cut me off and did not listen to anything I had to say. Just kept saying I had to bank with them. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank.

      I didn't choose to bank with simmons bank, they bought out my bank. Ever since they bought out my bank I continuously get locked out of my online banking account and they continuously flag my account for fraud even though I am the one that is using my card. I am military so I don’t live in a state where simmons bank is. And when I call it takes at least 15 min to get through to someone. Defiantly inconvenient. It is good for security but when I called and told them I am military thats why I am in different states often, they said they don’t even have an option for that for military.
