      My family has been a member of Simmons Bank since 1967 and I joined it just a couple years ago. They always treated me pretty well and my family won't move to another bank. I see that they have grown so much since the 1960s and they are more like a major player and this region of the United States. Their headquarters are still in Pine Bluff Arkansas although they have taken up most of Little Rock.

      I always experience prompt and courteous service here. The staff is friendly and efficient. I read some of the reviews and just want remind everyone that during this COVID-19 pandemic nothing is moving as quickly or effortlessly as most things did just a year ago. There is an entirely new dynamic in place, and sometimes it seems to move a a snail’s pace!

      This is a great bank and customer service is amazing! I’ve been going there about 4 years now and never had a bad experience. Yeah parking lot is small but it’s a smaller bank it’s not supposed to handle a lot of people at once. -Thank you
