      Wow! I didn’t know Simmons bank could get a bad rating. I’ve been with Simmons bank for 5 years, and I now live in Florida. Every branch I’ve called into has assisted me in every way possible with great customer service. This is why I’m not taking my money out of Simmons bank. Their money market accounts have better rates than 96% of the banks anywhere in the country right now. Check into this it’s really a fact. Last but definitely not least Mrs. Sharon is the best banker I’ve encountered. She opened my account up for me on oil well rd in Jackson 5 years ago. And she is the main reason I love this banking system at Simmons bank. I’m serious she helps you find exactly what your looking for, and I’m so grateful for her patience with me. Thanks a lot. I really appreciate it

      I literally have never been treated so terribly. Connie is literally a garbage person who shouldn't get to treat other human beings so terribly! Pick a different career path if working with the public is too difficult.
