      Had an account with landmark for years. Simmons took over and started charging fees everywhere. When my account was supposed to be closed, they put the account in the negative instead and the cashier's check had to be returned to fix it. I do not recommended this bank.

      Their Notoree Autumn is unreliable and she does NOT keep her appointments. I waited for 20 mins past appointment time and she never even acknowledged the fact I was there. I even asked for her twice. Autumn (the Notoree) is even the one that made the appointment time, just really unbelievable. I would choose a different Notoree for sure next time, a more reliable and considerate one.

      When buying a house they expect you to wait around on someone who is only there on and off. They almost cost us loosing our house. Had to go through BancFirst and we were able to close on our new home in no time.
