      I'd like to compliment the GREAT customer service I experienced this week at the Simmons Goodlettsville branch. I noticed an extreme amount of fraudulent activity on my account on Monday evening. On Tuesday, Kim Garner provided the details of this activity to the branch manager, Rhonda Briley. When I arrived at the bank, Rhonda had already prepared the paperwork detailing the activity. All I had to do was review and sign the report, which she promptly submitted. Later Tuesday evening my funds were reinstated into my account. I could not have asked for a smoother process! You can't go wrong banking with these folks.
