  I had previously gotten a title loan somewhere else and applied at a few places I kept getting calls from this place and they told me they could lower my payment and refinance my loan the payment I had was about $500 and they lowered my payment to $350 which was great because paying $500 for anything is always a struggle when you need to pay rent or anything .. they told me the value of my car wasn't there to borrow more money and that it was borderline to refinance bu since they saw it was kept in good condition and well maintained I even showed them my maintenance record and they took all that into consideration which is rarely done and NO CREDIT CHECK! which was great because I haven' taken care of my credit and they said it was okay. SO THANK YOU!

  If I could give a negative 10 I would. Clearly this is faulty company. They never ever answer their phone and then when u do finally get in touch with Veronica who knows nothing and sounds like she's laying on her couch eating chips on the phone. Then there is Randy.. the most incompetent person I've ever come across. Mind you this is a loan for my niece that I tried to help her out with. I tried to pay it out and told me I had to pay in person. Lol the most ridiculous company ever. Don't worry about reporting them they are not BBB accredited and trust me I see why. She didn't originally get her loan from here she got it from another company that they bought out. By all means if u Need money just go give plasma. .

  What a fraud of advertisement FLEXIBLE and PLEASANT TO WORK WITH RANDY has no regards for human life. Has been a jerk from day one I bought a vehicle from a guy who had a loan with simple car title loans and I was not told. Surprise letter in the mail 3 years later that my vehicle was legally Randy's not mine, I have a title registration everything in order and the debt was passed on to me . I explained everything to Randy and his response was your story is irrelevant I want my money or the truck , truck is now in his possession and surprise I still owe the same money I did at the beginning even though he has the truck.
