      Use Gate 5. Overnight parking by gate or inside. I delivered a full day early, they said they’ll take inbounds anytime. Not sure about outbounds.

      A hassle to deal with. Inefficient. Want to do everything over the phone...including setup for online banking. If I try to return a missed call, no one ever knows who called me or why.

      All the reviews are wrong. They only load by appointment and if you show up early like I did, you will waste the whole day waiting instead of at home. Pre- cool trailer to -10, they will not load you otherwise. Professional staff and facility but I think they should be upfront with people that they load appointment only so you don't waste your time waiting while you could be at home. Appointment Only. I checked in at 11:00am and it's 11:36 pm now and finally loaded. My appointment was at 11:00pm. So as you can see APPOINTMENT ONLY GUYS. STOP POSTING LIES THAT THEY TAKE YOU EARLY AND ARE REALLY LAID BACK WHEN THEY ARE NOT EITHER OF THOSE THINGS. HOPE THIS HELPS OTHER DRIVERS. GOOD LUCK
